Is there any cancellation or no-show fees?

Cancellation Flexibility: If you decide to cancel or make changes to your pickup request before a driver accepts it or immediately after, no penalties will be applied. We understand that plans may change, and we strive to provide flexibility in these situations.

Penalty for Cancelling Pickup Requests: Once your pickup request has been accepted by a driver and they have been en route to your location for more than 3 minutes, cancelling the pickup request will incur a penalty. You will receive an alert in the app indicating the cancellation fee before confirming the cancellation.

No-Show Penalty: If the driver arrives at your selected pickup location and waits for more than 5 minutes without you meeting them, they will have the option to cancel the pickup request. In such cases, you will be charged a penalty for the no-show.

Communication is Key: If you anticipate being late for your pickup unexpectedly, we highly encourage you to communicate with your driver promptly. Sending a message through our app to inform them of the delay can help avoid any inconvenience for both parties.

Punctuality Matters: We emphasize the importance of punctuality and ask that you make every effort to arrive at the pickup location on time. Your timely presence not only ensures a smooth experience for yourself but also respects the time and effort of our drivers.
