How do I pay for my ride?

You can select you preferred payment option in "My Profile", or select a default one if you have multiple.

We currently support the following payment options: all major credit cards, Visa Debit cards, MasterCard Debit cards, Apple Pay (iOS only), and Google Pay (coming soon to Android).

When you book a ride, you also have the option to change or add payment methods.

Once your ride is completed, you will have the option to tip your driver. And the payment will be automatically processed after you click "Complete Trip" or 30 mins after your trip.

Remember, you don't need to pay the driver separately at the end of your trip, the payment is automatically process via the Kabby app. If a driver ask you to pay in cash or other format, please refuse to pay and contact Kabby with your trip details.
