Anonymous Communication: Your driver will never see your real phone number or full name. We use secure channels within our app to facilitate communication between you and your driver, ensuring that your personal contact details remain private.
Secure Messaging: Rest assured that any messages exchanged between you and your driver are encrypted and secured within our app. These messages are automatically deleted after each trip is completed.
Limited Location Access: Your driver won't have access to your pickup and drop-off location history after a trip has ended. While you can still view these details in your Trip History for your own reference, we prioritize your privacy by limiting access to this information for drivers.
