Can I request a refund for a trip?

Once a trip has started, meaning the driver has picked you up, or the trip has completed without any reported issues, refunds will not be provided.


If you encounter any problems during your ride (e.g., driver behavior, route deviation), please report it to us immediately. Depending on the severity of the issue, we may issue a full or partial refund.
