Yes. Since the vehicle is your personal vehicle, it's up to you to decide whether you want to install any video or audio recording devices for safety reasons. However, if you do have video or audio recording devices targeting the inside of the vehicle, you should let the passenger know at pickup or have clear indications inside the vehicle.
